Our SAP Cloud For Customer offer features two integration options with SAP CRM On Premise and SAP ERP, according to the existing scenario.

SAP PI/PO is right if you already have SAP PI/PO and prefer to have Integration On-Premise.

SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) is recommended if you are not using SAP PI and have more Cloud to Cloud Integration.

For integration with SAP ERP/CRM SAP, Cloud for Customer recommends to use HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) or NW PI (Netweaver Process Integration).
If you already have NW PI (or NW PO) and actively use it, then it’s right to use NW PI for your SAP Cloud for Customer integration.
If you do not use NW PI, then it is not required for you to install it, we can use HCI for the integration.
